We are back to letters written by future President Rutherford B. Hayes to his wife Lucy. He talks about the severe fighting between his troops and the Virginia Rebels, listing casualties for both sides.
I wish there were more blocks in these colors. I guess that I could change the chosen colors in the book to include more purple and green. However, there isn't a lot of reproduction fabrics in purple so it doesn't make much difference.
The fabrics that I used are from Nancy Gere's Civil War VI and Plantation 3 lines.
